    I couldn’t agree more!!! I only wear the Costco leggings because they are a great price, comfy and still cute with a pocket. I think the quality is comparable to some high end. I usually spend the most money on my gym shoes. I’m an Over 40 gym rat and fitness lover. Great video.

      so I recently started physical therapy for my bad knees and this is one of the exercises they gave me. only thing they said is hold onto a chair or counter to counter act how much strain is on the knee parts. what this chick said about making sure your knee doesn't move is important too. my knees really tend to bend inward which causes issues for me so make sure that isn't happening

      if you have pain in your hips and back (lower back) too, you could possibly have the same issues I do and if that's so ill be down to drop the simple workout that I am doing currently that my doctor gave me

    I think I’ve finally heard it all. Cardio that does not “mess up your glutes”. Wow. This fascination with glutes will pass one day. You can do both. You can do long cardio and still build your glutes. Where does this stuff come from?

      Glutes are the largest muscle group in your body. I will gladly continue my fascination with glutes well into my later years not just for aesthetic purposes, but so I can grow old gracefully. And still ninja kick UA-camrs that wanna leave dumb comments.

      @@dianeflores_ifbb_pro 17 inch biceps, 6'1 195 lbs 16% +-2% bodyfat. The workout you did had poor form, less than optimal rest time. Not trying to hate, but everyone knows dropsets are just simply less effective for building muscless and strenght. You dont have to take my word for it, rather you can do some research. The exercise you showed is mediocre at best...

You start with 14 half reps and when you are tired you are gonna do full reps? It would be so much better if you were just doing proper reps the whole time. But dont listen to me, listen to Mike Israetel, who has a phd in sports physiology. Renaissannce periodization on youtube. He just posted a video, where he talks a bit about the "21s" (alan ritchson training review)

      18 inches at 195lbs 6'1 and 17 months training at 18 years old. You can see in the pfp*. Wasnt trying to hate, but it literally is a waste of time. If you would simply do regular reps it would be better. If you dont believe me, believe dr mike israetel, who was a long time bodybuilder, phd in sports physiology. His channel is renaissannce periodization.

      You're so right. Im an IFBB Pro and personal trainer with 20 years of experience and I still don't know the difference between a bicep and tricep. Please help me.     I even do zone 1 cardio just walking but fasted just black coffee water and i was able to reduce stubborn body fat did it daily for 3 months in a deficit

    Love this same for my boys. I have a 13yr old who was the same as Ty and we started in 6th grade and now he lifts more than me so proud.
